Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 1 business day.
● During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Times & Locations
● Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 1–5 business days after processing.
● International Orders: 2–10 business days after processing.
3. Shipping Costs
● U.S. Orders: FREE shipping.
● International Orders:
○ Orders under $300 USD: Shipping cost calculated by weight/size.
○ Orders $300+ USD: FREE shipping.
4. Returns & Exchanges
● Return Window:
○ U.S. Customers: 30 days from delivery.
○ International Customers: 60 days from delivery.
● Conditions:
○ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
○ Proof of purchase required.
○ Final sale items cannot be returned.
● Return Limits:
○ Max 3 returns/exchanges per 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International).
○ Customer covers return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
● Late returns may receive store credit (case-by-case basis).
6. Order Cancellations & Edits
● Requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
● No changes allowed once fulfillment begins.
